The staff here are super friendly! I really appreciate how great each employee treated everyone who walked in. The customer service is top-notch. They know their stuff, too. Plus, the store is kept nice and tidy.

To follow up on my previous review, it’s been 29 days since I placed an order with them and I still haven’t received anything. They did respond to my email, but honestly, they came off pretty rude, saying their site mentions it could take up to 2 weeks for delivery. Sure, but come on, it’s been almost a MONTH! Their customer service is lacking, and I wouldn’t recommend this company. I really should have spent a bit more and gone straight to the official seller for the product I need. What really gets me is that I ordered flanges because I’m an exclusive pumping mom, and I really NEED this product—waiting a MONTH just isn’t an option for me. So frustrated.

I placed my order on the 12th, and it wasn't until the 21st that I received my items. The processing and shipping took way too long. To top it off, the parts ended up being the wrong size. There are no options for a refund either. What a letdown!

The website claimed that shipping would take 2 business days, but the item showed up 2 weeks after I placed my order. I get that it’s the holiday season, but when you’re in need of a breast pump part, waiting 2 weeks just doesn’t cut it. On the bright side, the part is exactly what I was looking for.

This business is fantastic; they offer all I require for my little one. I made my purchase early, and all items showed up in perfect condition. Everything I received for my baby was sourced from this store. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend it!
